Next segment of 5 Freeway widening project will cause delays: "That was the message delivered to residents who live near one of the most challenging segments of the I-5 Widening Project, the Florence Avenue interchange.
“It will get worse before it gets better,” said Santa Fe Springs Mayor Richard Moore, during his opening remarks to about 50 people Monday night as they gathered at the City Hall Town Center to hear about road closures and alternative routes during the massive construction project."
