Santa Clarita #freetransit for seniors means 17% ridership increase
KHTS Radio: "The City of Santa Clarita has been encouraging seniors to try free, local Santa Clarita Transit services as a way to increase their mobility throughout the community. The City’s efforts paid off as ridership among seniors increased 17 percent this year. "

54% of young people say #publictransit is best way to go
The study shows that while car-sharing, bike-sharing, walking and car ownership will all play a part in the multimodal network, public transportation is ranked highest as the best mode to connect to all other modes, according to 54% of millennials polled.
